About Yoga at The Studio

Breathe away your stress, reenergize your body, and connect with the loving spirit within. Yoga aims to unite the mind, body and spirit through exercise, breathing & meditation. The goal of the asanas (postures) is to increase the body’s efficiency and health, making it easier to quiet the mind and relieve stress.

The Studio offers many styles of yoga to suit the many needs of our students. Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, PreNatal Yoga, and Yin Yoga to name a few.

We also offer workshops on Meditation, Mandalas, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness.

Wellness* Program Tuition

$15 per class drop-in

$135 for a 10 class card

* Wellness program includes all Adult/Teen Ballet Classes, Pilates Mat Class, all Yoga Classes, EBAS and Capoeira. Workshops of any kind are paid for seperately and are not part of any Wellnes Program Tuition cards or plans.
